Terms of Service

Welcome to Besties Trailer Bash Co.. By booking a party, using our website, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

Bookings & Payments

All party bookings must be completed through our website or approved booking platform. Full payment is required to reserve your party date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled party time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the party will be charged in full, as the date cannot typically be rebooked within a short timeframe.

Weather & Safety

Besties Trailer Bash Co. reserves the right to reschedule parties if weather or road conditions make travel unsafe. In the event we must cancel due to severe weather, you may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a store credit valid for 12 months.

Participant Responsibility

A signed waiver is required for each child participating. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and allergy information and for their child’s behavior during the event.

Property & Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the party trailer, equipment, and staff with respect. Any damage caused by participants may result in additional charges.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during parties. Media usage is governed by the selections made in the Party Waiver & Photo Release form.

Limitation of Liability

Besties Trailer Bash Co. is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the party trailer. Participation in activities is voluntary and subject to the risks outlined in the waiver.
