How many besties are included in each package? 🥳 +

Every package includes 8 besties — need more? Just add them in Add-Ons!

When is payment due? +

Only your deposit is due at booking! The remaining balance is due once your party has been celebrated.

Where do you travel for parties? +

We proudly serve Omaha - Lincoln, NE and surrounding areas. We go anywhere our trailer fits — driveways, parks, school parking lots, and more! If you're unsure whether your location is within our service area, just reach out — we're happy to help!

How long does a party last? +

Our trailer arrives, sets up and takes down within about 2 hours — with roughly 1.5 hours of hands-on party magic, picked themed play, and time for the kids to explore and show off their creations!

Do parents need to stay during the party? +

Parents are welcome to stay nearby, but our trained hosts fully supervise all activities. We handle setup, activities, and cleanup — parents just enjoy the smiles!

Is a waiver required? +

Yes. A signed waiver is required for each child attending the party. This helps ensure everyone's safety and allows us to provide the best experience possible.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance receive full credit toward rebooking your party. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged in full, but your payment can be applied as credit toward a future celebration.

What happens if the weather is bad? +

Safety comes first. In the event of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule your party. Light rain or cold temperatures usually do not affect our parties.
