🎉 Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your party. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

A little payment reminder 💕 We know party week can get busy! If your remaining balance has not been paid within 24 hours after your scheduled party, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the payment method on file. By booking with Besties Trailer Bash Co., you authorize us to charge the card on file for any unpaid balance after this 24-hour grace period.

💖 Guest Count

Our packages include a set number of guests, but don't stress if your headcount changes! Just let us know your final guest count before or on the day of your party, and we'll happily adjust your final balance to match.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your deposit is non-refundable because it reserves your date exclusively for your celebration.

Need to reschedule? We completely understand that life happens! We'll always do our best to move your party to another available date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled party may be responsible for the remaining balance, as it is unlikely we can fill that reserved time on short notice.

☀️ Weather & Safety

Safety always comes first! If severe weather or unsafe road conditions prevent us from traveling, we'll happily work with you to reschedule your party at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a store credit valid for 12 months.

👧 Participation & Supervision

A completed waiver is required for each participating child before the party begins.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing any allergy or medical information and for ensuring children follow staff instructions throughout the event. While our team leads all of the fun, an adult must remain on-site for the duration of the party.

💕 Respecting the Trailer

We take great pride in creating a clean, beautiful space for every celebration. We simply ask that all guests treat the trailer, equipment, decorations, and supplies with care. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.

📸 Photos & Videos

We love capturing the magic! Photos and videos may be taken during your party. Whether they're shared on our website or social media is completely based on the selections you make in your Party Waiver & Photo Release form. We always respect your preferences.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Participation in our activities is voluntary and subject to the risks outlined in the signed waiver. Besties Trailer Bash Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the trailer or party area.
