Welcome to Besties Trailer Bash Co.! By booking a party or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking a party, or using our mobile party trailer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Besties Trailer Bash Co. provides mobile party entertainment services for children ages 3-12, including but not limited to:

• Slime-making parties
• Glamour and makeover parties
• Cookie decorating parties
• Painting and art parties

All services are provided at the customer's location within our service area.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone. A deposit is required to secure your party date.

3.2 Payment: Full payment is due on the day of the party unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

3.3 Pricing: Prices are based on a 35-minute radius from our location. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.

3.4 Package Capacity and Additional Children: Each party package includes up to 8 children. Additional children can be added for an additional fee per child. If the number of party attendees exceeds the booked amount, additional fees will apply.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Booking & Cancellation Policies page for complete details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

5. Liability and Waiver

5.1 Waiver Required: All party participants must have a signed waiver and photo release on file before participating in any activities.

5.2 Parental Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children during the party. For children ages 3-5, at least one parent or guardian must remain on-site.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: Besties Trailer Bash Co. is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the party. Parents/guardians assume all risks associated with party activities.

5.4 Property Damage: Customers are responsible for any damage to property caused by party guests.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Allergies: Customers must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking, especially for cookie decorating parties.

6.2 Illness: If your child or any party guests are ill, please reschedule your party to protect the health of all participants and our staff.

6.3 Safety Protocols: We maintain high safety and hygiene standards. We reserve the right to end a party early if safety concerns arise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Besties Trailer Bash Co. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Photo and Video Release

By signing our waiver and photo release form, you grant Besties Trailer Bash Co. permission to use photos and videos taken during the party for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please indicate so on the waiver form.

9. Service Area and Access

9.1 Service Area: We serve Nebraska and surrounding communities. Please confirm your location is within our service area when booking.

9.2 Access: Customers must provide adequate parking space and access for our party trailer. If access is not available as described at booking, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

10. Conduct and Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a party early if:

• Party guests or parents/guardians engage in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
• Our staff feels threatened or unsafe
• The party environment becomes unsafe for children

No refunds will be issued for parties ended early due to conduct issues.

11. Force Majeure

Besties Trailer Bash Co. is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, illness, vehicle breakdown, or other unforeseen events. We will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
