How to Book

To reserve your party date, find our book now links around our website or please contact us via email at info@bestiestrailerbashco.com or call/text us. Please include your party location address so we can confirm we service your area and provide accurate pricing. We'll check availability and send you a booking confirmation.

Advance Notice

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. Popular dates during peak birthday season (spring and summer) book up quickly!

Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Party Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email with all party details including date, time, location, theme, and number of guests. Please review carefully and let us know if any changes are needed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before party: Full refund of deposit
• 7-14 days before party: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 7 days before party: No refund, but you may reschedule (subject to availability)

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule your party, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a new date based on availability. One free reschedule is included; additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Weather Cancellations

Our party trailer is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so weather rarely affects our parties! However, in cases of severe weather that makes travel unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Party Day Policies

Party Timing & Arrival

Because we are a mobile party experience, travel time varies depending on location. Once we receive the party address, we will personally coordinate with you to confirm the exact arrival time and ensure everything is perfectly timed for your event.

Arrival & Setup

Our team will arrive 15-30 minutes before your party start time to set up. Please ensure we have access to your driveway or designated parking area.

Guest Count

For quoted pricing you can invite up to 12 friends to join your party. If your needs are larger, please let us know asap. Please provide a final guest count at least 3 days before your party. If additional children attend beyond your booked number, additional fees may apply.

Age Requirements

Each party theme is designed for specific age groups. Please ensure all attending children fall within the recommended age range for the best experience.

Supervision

For parties with children ages 3-5, we require at least one parent or guardian to remain on-site. For older children, parents are welcome to stay or drop off.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking, especially for our baking parties. We'll do our best to accommodate all needs.

Service Area & Travel

We serve the local area and surrounding communities in Nebraska. Please contact us to confirm we can reach your location.

Travel Fees

Our pricing is based on a 35-minute radius from our location. For parties outside this area, additional travel fees may apply based on distance. When you contact us to book, please include your party address so we can provide you with an accurate quote including any applicable travel fees.

Liability & Safety

Safety First

The safety of all children is our top priority. Our experienced party hosts are trained to supervise activities and ensure a safe, fun environment.

Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children during the party. We reserve the right to end a party early if safety concerns arise.

Property Damage

While we take great care, accidents can happen. Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage to property caused by party guests.
